Basware completed its acquisition of Trustpair on October 5, 2026. Trustpair retains its platform, customer relationships, contracts and support, and continues to support integrations with other finance systems.
The transaction adds supplier and bank-account validation to Basware’s invoice-management offering. Trustpair will remain independently operated and available to customers using other finance systems.
