Average hourly earnings rose 3.0% over 12 months. The next Employment Situation release is scheduled for November 6. The October 1 claims, Census construction-spending and ISM manufacturing releases retain their dated results. FinCEN’s A7 proposal deadline remains pending Federal Register publication. G7 leaders also requested an IEA implementation and stock-replenishment report before the end of the first 20 days of their October 2 reserve-release program; the statement does not provide a calendar date.
