Peach State Bancshares, Inc. was the parent of Peach State Bank & Trust. It merged into United Community Banks, Inc. effective August 1, 2026.
The parent merger and the immediately following bank merger were completed legal transactions. The banking franchise’s systems and branding conversion was expected in the first quarter of 2027.
