LJM Cayman, L.P.

Also known as LJM1, LJM Cayman LP

LJM Cayman, L.P., known as LJM1, was a partnership created in 1999 and managed through Andrew Fastow while he remained Enron’s chief financial officer.

LJM1 and LJM2 were separate partnerships. The collective expression LJM is not used as an alias that would collapse them into one legal entity; the SEC complaint supplies the historical identity and attributed allegations.
