Compass, Inc. reported a separate 49.9% interest in the venture at June 30, 2026, acquired through its purchase of Anywhere. The venture's March 2026 announcement identifies its partners as Guaranteed Rate, Inc. and Anywhere Integrated Services, LLC doing business as CIH Integrated Services. It is not another name for the NMLS 2611 lender.
