Reuters reported September 28, citing three people familiar with the matter, that private-equity owners Bridgepoint and Astorg have discussed a possible sale of Fenergo with prospective buyers. One source said the Irish compliance-software company could be valued above £2 billion. The owners have not decided to sell; any process could begin in early 2027.
