Hauppauge, New York state-chartered bank, FDIC certificate 6976, renamed Dime Commercial Bank in 2026.

BNB was the surviving bank in the 2021 Dime merger. FDIC establishment is 1909; the company’s 2020 announcement gave BNB’s origin as 1910. Distinct from the acquired legacy Dime bank.
