Axos Financial, Inc. is the publicly traded parent of Axos Bank and affiliated securities businesses, headquartered in Las Vegas.
The savings and loan holding company has elected financial-holding-company status. Formerly BofI Holding, Inc., it adopted the Axos Financial name in September 2018. Its fiscal year ends June 30, and its consolidated financial results have a different entity scope from Axos Bank’s FDIC reporting.
